Enrolling & Registering your student

New to Hackberry Hill?  Call us for instructions and to gain access to Jeffco Connect so that you may enroll your student(s).

Already have a Jeffco Connect user ID and password? Just go to  Jeffco Connect and follow the instructions on enrolling your student(s).

Already Enrolled but need to Register for the upcoming school year? Just because you are in the system and plan to come to Hackberry doesn't mean you are done.

Each new school year we need you to go over your information in Jeffco Connect and make sure everything is correct as far as contact information, medical information etc. Once you do this we get an electronic message which alerts us that you have registered and we can get your student on a final class list.  You will be required to do this before the first day of school each year.  

HACKBERRY HILL’S EASY REGISTRATION PROCESS

Beginning August 1st you should:

  1. Log in to your Jeffco Connect account:  Jeffco Connect

  2. Click on your student's name and you’ll be directed to their summary page.

  3. Along the left side of this page are links with information for your child. PLEASE click on every single tab to be sure that all information on every page is current. It's important that you add, delete or change this information as needed on a regular basis at registration and throughout the year. This is what we use when there is an illness or emergency at school

  4. Be sure to electronically sign the Code of Conduct booklet. This must be done each year.

  5. After finishing with any/all changes, click on the SUBMIT button.

  6. Be sure to check information for each of your children. Changing the information in one child's account does not change it for all.

While here you may also pay any fees that are associated with your student’s grade level using the link under your (parent) information on the home page.

Other useful links include access to the Free/Reduced Fee application and the Lunch Pay system.

If you do not have computer or internet access, or are having difficulties (such as recalling usernames or needing passwords reset), you may come in or call our office anytime between 8am-3pm after July 31st

We will begin running reports a couple weeks before school starts to check registration progress and will continue to monitor that report up until school begins. We will be calling to ask if you intend to have your child to return to Hackberry if you have not updated information.
