Morning Drop off and Afternoon Pick up:
Please do not drop your student off before 8:00 am.  This will allow us to ensure student safety by keeping cohorts together and intermingling to a minimum.  
ALL students will need to be picked up NO LATER than 3:10 pm.  Students will no longer be allowed to wait outside, wait on the skinny bench, or wait in the office for their ride. Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time.

Call In Registration:
Due to ever changing conditions, we will no longer have a walk in registration, but will offer an evening call in registration on Monday, August 10th from 2:30-7:00 pm.  Please call 303-982-0260 for help with your Jeffco Connect, to register a new student, to update any info for a returning student, to pay fees, or to apply for free and reduced fees.  

Choice Enrollment/Families Wanting to Attend Hackberry:
Choice enrollment is still open and we have spots in several grades.  If you are interested in becoming part of our Hawk family, please go to enrolljeffco.org and follow the steps to submit a choice application.  Once you have done your application, please email Monica at monica.bowser@jeffco.k12.co.us and we will give you a call to let you know where you are on the waitlist.  Thank you!


Important for all families: PLEASE DO!!!

On August 1st (please do not do this before, as August 1st is when the new school year of students rolls over) please log on to your Jeffco Connect account, click on the Contacts tab on the left hand side.  Next click on the Notification Preferences tab.  Once that is open, double check the check marks next to your phone number and email are checked.  Those check marks are labeled Emergency, Attendance, and General.  Having those checked will allow us to email you weekly with our newsletter and updates for school.  

New Families for the 20-21 School Year:
Welcome!  We hope you have a restful, fun, and safe summer.  Please watch your emails for updates for beginning of school.  We will be sending emails beginning August 3rd with registration info, etc.  Please go on to your Jeffco Connect account no earlier than August 1st to update any information (phone, address, emergency contact, etc), please sign all agreements and hit submit.  This will finish your registration process.  Please do NOT go on before August 1st, as this is when the new year rolls over for us.  If you have questions, please email Monica at monica.bowser@jeffco.k12.co.us
